DAVID PATRICK GUINLE, 86, of Memphis, passed away March 18, 2008, at Baptist Memorial Hospital. He worked for Owens Illinois.
What you may not know about Pat's father is that Mr. Guinle had the patent for child proof bottles for medicine.
The more I live, the more I am amazed by the people I grew up around.

Cesarina Novarese Hawks
Olive Branch - CESARINA NOVARESE HAWKS, 56, beloved wife, mother and grandmother, passed away Saturday, May 31, 2008 at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Southaven after a valiant battle with cancer. A Funeral Mass will be said at 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 4 at Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Olive Branch, with interment to follow in Calvary Cemetery in Memphis, TN. Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 3 at Memphis Funeral Home from 5-8 p.m. with a rosary at 7 p.m. She was born on February 6, 1952 in Memphis, TN to Angelo John and Helen Novarese. A graduate of Bishop Byme High School, Cesarina pursued several professional interests over the years. After raising her daughter, Lelania, she joined the family business, Poplar Tunes Record Shops, where, among other things, she helped manage, and oversee the largest expansion in the company's history. Her entrepreneurial spirit was strong, as she pursued a new venture shortly after selling her interest in Poplar Tunes. Along with her husband, and sister-in-law, she helped co-found the Super Suppers franchise in Northern Mississippi. The passion she had for her career paled in comparison to the love she had for her family. She is survived by her husband of 38 years, James (Rick) Hawks; her daughter, Lelania and her husband, Michael Dawson McCown of Olive Branch. Cesarina also leaves two brothers, John T. Novarese and his wife, Amy of Eads, TN and Mark Novarese of Memphis, TN; her sister, Michelle Novarese of Southaven; an uncle, Michael Novarese of Los Angeles, CA; an aunt, Kay Novarese of Memphis, TN; her mother-in-law, Jean L. Hawks of Southaven; two sisters-in-law, Janet and her husband, David Estridge of Olive Branch and Jean and her husband, Ron Russell of Rosemark, TN; a brother-in-law, Richard W. Hawks, Jr. and his wife, Kim of Olive Branch. In addition, she leaves three grandchildren, Michael, Nicholas, and Mary McCown, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. The family requests memorials be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or The American Cancer Society. Memphis Funeral Home 901-725-0100 www.memphisfuneralhome.net

This is a new blog on Blogspot for graduated of BBHS in 1971
Welcome one and all. I have tried to operate a list, but with all the spam...well it is a challenge to screen out the 200 or so weekly ads for pills and creams that do, well you know grow, extend and whatever might be needed.
I can't believe people fall for the crap, but then on TV we see all sorts of the same thing in the graveyard shift.
This is simply an informational blog. Anyone will be welcome to post a reply.
Ifanyone needs to reach me, I ahve a contact e-mail address. fdeaton@jscc.edu
